our samples feature the stunning hand painted yarns of sister studios Fleece Artist and Hand Maiden
we strongly recommend their use to ensure similar results
yarn weights [dk/worsted/aran/bulky] are indicated on each project page to accommodate any substitutions you may prefer to make
comprehensive instructions often include schematics and photographs to help guide you through the process

even though we proof extensively occasionally mistakes do occur - any corrections are dated and posted on each design page under the revisions link - all subsequent printings are current

our trimmings focus is pewter closures for knits - in addition we produce a selection of necklaces and earrings to compliment
original items are produced by hand and then casting moulds are made of each
we use a safe lead free tin alloy
some pieces are combined with wooden sticks and woollen bits which we dye in the pots at Fleece Artist
sizes indicated are the longest length and the closest approximate
to care for your pewter avoid abrasive contact and buff with a soft cloth when needed - be sure to store separately from other metals
